Meet Ms. Melissa

I have been a part of the Discovery Academy family for either years - six as a dedicated volunteer and the last two as a full-time substitute teacher before stepping into my current role as Office Manager. I love this school deeply and take pride in creating a positive, welcoming environment where students can learn, laugh, and feel supported every day.

When I’m not at school, I’m usually hanging out with my two rescue dogs, Harley and Scarlett. I’m also a huge Disney fan, and on weekends you can find me there with a giant cup of coffee in hand, soaking up the magic!
